While some pizzerias are looking for ways to cut corners and streamline by using conveyer-belt ovens, pizza screens & dough presses, purchasing frozen dough & pre-made sauces in bulk - WE STICK TO TRADITION.  At "Off The Brick" all in-house sauces and dough are made from scratch daily - recipes we've been perfecting for decades. Our experienced Pizza-Makers use wooden peals and hand toss all pizzas which are baked to perfection using Bakers Pride brick-lined deck ovens - which are known to be one of the best for baking New York Style Pizza! 

With a wide variety of third party food delivery platforms available for consumers many restaurants no longer offer in-house delivery. That way there is no need to worry about staffing and incurring the expense of having more employees.  However getting your food delivered through a third party might cost you up to %30 more as they charge commission on your order. By having our own delivery drivers, not only do we  create jobs for our locals we are also able to keep the price down for our customers! 

We are a Pinellas Park Local Pizzeria since 1999 - Family Owned & Operated! We KEEP IT LOCAL and encourage others to do the same - keep it within your Community & Support Your Local Businesses! Starting with bread for our Hoagies which gets delivered to us every morning from our Local Bakery, to using our Local Meat and Produce Markets for fresh ingredients which get cooked and sliced in-house daily for a high quality end-product! Our community is important to us so we try to get involved as much as possible by donating  to local recreation centers, senior centers, libraries, churches, police/fire departments and others!
